RFP for PV/ESS  Construction Project

Silver Falls Library District is soliciting proposals (RFP) from qualified solar photovoltaic (“PV”) contractors to supply, permit, install, and commission specified equipment to achieve a fully functional 71 kW solar PV and 240 kW hour energy storage (ESS) project. Proposals are due on June 30, 2026, and site visit is mandatory on June 11, 2026 for those wishing to submit proposals.

This is Resolution 2026-02 (pdf), adopting findings of fact declaring an exemption from competitive bidding (ITB), and authorizing an RFP process for the PV/ESS Project. Any protest must be made no later than June 15, 2026, for a hearing on June 23, 2026. All protest materials must be sent to [email protected] and copied to [email protected]
